    MINISTRY DETAILS

Children’s Ministry

Nursery

Our Nursery provides a loving and nurturing environment for children from birth until age two. We have a large nursery divided into two areas, one for toddlers and one for infants.

Our volunteers read bible stories, sing songs and play games that teach the word of God. We establish an atmosphere of love and laughter so they may experience the love of Christ from the volunteers caring for them.

We offer a nursing room where moms can spend time with their infants in a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Our goal is to provide a loving, nurturing and safe place for your children as you worship with us.

Wee Worship

Each Sunday, during the 9:30 Sunday School hour and 10:30 worship service, our children worship during our Wee Worship time.  Wee Worship is a service designed for our K-5 children that provides them the opportunity learn more about biblical teachings and prayer.

rWorship

rWorship is a worship experience designed for young people, grades 5-7.  It is separated into two parts. Part one is a worship time and the part two is application.  During the application part of the worship experience, the message is enhance through crafts, questions & answer period, role playing, and games.

“Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Mark 10:14 (NASB)

Based on our strong commitment to providing a church environment for children and youth that is loving and safe, we have established policies, procedures, and checks whose purpose is to:

  1. Protect children and youth from potentially abusive opportunities while they are involved in church-sponsored activities.
  2. Protect volunteers from unfounded allegations of child abuse.
  3. Protect the church by minimizing the extent of legal risk and liability as a result of child abuse issues
